Our Executive Team sets the strategic objective for the Firm.

Our Managing Directors and Directors focus primarily on client-facing business development and service responsibilities.  As a member of a regional leadership team, Managing Directors and Directors also participate in, and contribute to, strategic recruiting and market leadership decisions within the region.

As strategic advisors, both the Managing Directors and Directors work with Siegfried clients to understand their business, industry, and needs.  They then match those needs with the right professionals so clients can respond to surges in strategically important work and capitalize on important opportunities.
