Either the user or the Firm may terminate this Agreement at any time. Users may terminate this agreement at any time by destroying all materials obtained from the Website and all related documentation and copies thereof. This agreement will terminate immediately without notice from the Firm if in the Firm's sole discretion any user fails to comply with any term or provision of this agreement.

privacy policy 

data collection
The Siegfried Group, LLP (“the Firm”) only collects personally identifiable information that is specifically and voluntarily provided by users of the Firm's Website. The Firm receives limited identifiable information, such as name, title, company address, e-mail address, and telephone and fax numbers, from Website users. Typically, identifying information is collected to:

• Request further information from the Firm;
• Submit resumes in response to job listings; and
• Facilitate delivery of requested reference materials.

The Firm only uses personally identifiable information to respond to users’ requests and to provide users with information about the Firm's services, unless the Firm obtains express permission from the user to use his/her personal information for other purposes.  For example, if a user sends the Firm an e-mail message requesting information about the Firm, we will use the e-mail address and other information the user supplied to respond to that request.  If the Firm intends to use a user’s personal information to inform the user about other Company services, the user will be notified and will be given the opportunity to decline to receive such communications. If the user submits a resume or curriculum vitae to apply online for a position with the Firm, the information provided will be used to match the user with available opportunities.

The Firm understands the importance of protecting childrens privacy, especially in an online environment. The Firm’s sites are not intentionally designed for or directed at children under the age of 13 years. It is the Firm’s policy never to knowingly collect or maintain information about anyone under the age of 13.

data use
Information obtained by this Website is used only for the intended purpose stated at the time that the information is collected.  These data are not shared with other entities in the Firm for secondary or unrelated purposes, or shared with a third party, unless otherwise disclosed at the point of collection. data retention
The personal information provide to the Firm by the user will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the information was collected or as required by law.  Resumes are disposed of when they are either no longer under consideration, or are considered dated by our Human Resources department.  The Firm does not share personal information with third parties except as necessary to carry out its business or as required by law or by legal process, and the Firm never sells user’s personal information.

When personally identifiable information is retained, the Firm assumes responsibility for keeping an accurate record of the information that a user has submitted and verified.  The Firm does not assume responsibility for verifying the ongoing accuracy of the content of personal information.  When practically possible, if the Firm is informed that any personal data collected through a Website is no longer accurate, the Firm will make appropriate corrections based on the updated information provided by the authenticated user.
