Program Overview

Hiring and retaining outstanding talent is critical to The Siegfried Group's success. Our people and the high-level service they provide, is what differentiates us in the market and what makes us the preferred provider of our clients. As part of the Firm’s recruiting strategy, we are excited to announce "E-RAP", a referral appreciation program designed especially for our alumni and other friends of the firm.

Candidate Submission Guidelines

Alumni and friends of the firm can submit candidates by sending their resumes to referrals@siegfriedgroup.com and copying their local market contact. The National Recruiting Team will enter these candidates into our recruiting database. The local market leadership will review all E-RAP candidates to determine if they possess the required experience and qualifications.

Award Provisions

Alumni and friends of the firm can earn up to $3,750 for each referred candidate that we hire. All awards will be paid via check to the person who referred the candidate.

•  Offer Award: $375.00 (Paid by the 15th of the month following the month in which the offer is made.)
• One-Month Award: $1,125.00 (Paid by the 15th of the month following the month in which the employee has been employed for one month.)
• Final Award: $2,250.00 (Paid on the 15th of the month following the month in which the employee has been employed for six months.)

All awards are subject to review and discretion of the Recruiting Team and CEO. Incentives are not awarded for candidates hired for internships, corporate associate positions, or internal transfers within the company.

If employment of the referred employee terminates for any reason, the referrer immediately forfeits the right to receive any remaining payments.

At the end of each year, the Finance department will send Form 1099s to any referrer who has been paid an award under the E-RAP program during that year.
