A message from our CEO and Founder

Very often in the past few weeks, I’ve found myself filled with many feelings: hope, fear, love, and gratitude among them. We are in the midst of a human experience that many of us have never faced, and I hope will never encounter again. And although history shows the world has been tested on a greater scale before, this is still a moment for all of us to take stock of who we are and what we value.

At Siegfried, our higher purpose is to help people transform themselves into better leaders to exponentially improve their lives, and I believe now would be a better time than most to do that. As the CEO, founder, and leader of Siegfried, I have an increasing appreciation for the incredible position of strength we find our company in, and those who put us there — including you!

I’m also mindful of, and motivated by, the opportunity that our momentary reality is providing for all of us: our clients, employees, partners, friends, and family. As we all adapt to the necessities of the current situation, it’s an especially relevant time to be thoughtful and reflective.

Ask yourself the following questions, and I encourage you to write down your answers.

  • What is most important to you, and why?
  •  Who is most important to you, both personally and professionally? Why?
  •  What could you be doing to best be of service to these people?
  •  What inspires you?

I urge you to find ways to always bring, be, and become your best – especially in uncertain times like this. There is no greater test of your character ethic than something that challenges your comfort zone and everything you know. Rise up to that challenge and have faith in yourself. I know that I do.

Please continue to look after yourself, your loved ones, and your community. Show as much love and support as you can. Although many things may seem out of our control right now, the one thing we can always control is our mindset.

Stay well,

Rob
