Position Summary:


  • Responsibilities may include accounting assistance and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, consolidations, external audits, auditing of financial statements, IPO readiness, M&A integration, financial reporting, internal control and process improvement and other accounting/finance assistance as needed to client corporations w/$1 billion + revenues.
  • May be assigned to working with varying accounting and financial teams re: financial projects of strategic importance, project implementation, financial analysis, internal auditing, complex financial and accounting initiatives (SEC and other regulatory reporting and compliance, acquisition or divestiture support), and SOX issues.
  • Perform research on GAAP and FASB pronouncements, coordinate special projects and perform other accounting/auditing duties as required.

May be assigned to various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States.

Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications


  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • At least 2 years in position offered or public accounting/auditor role
  • Audit financial statements, internal controls, carve-outs and pension plans
  • Audits to Fortune 1000 companies, using PCAOB and US GAAP
  • SEC filings
  • Consolidation procedures in multi-currency environment using Excel
  • Coordinate with audit teams of 3 or more staff
  • Guide staff in technical research
  • Develop client-specific narratives, flowcharts and audit procedures
  • Test controls for ICOFR audit
  • Risk assessment
