Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer/Analyst

The Siegfried Group, LLP is currently looking for a Dynamics CRM Developer Analyst as part of the Information Systems team in our national headquarters based in Wilmington, DE. This position will work with multiple business operations teams to plan, design, develop and implement various strategic business information applications, customizations, plugins, extensions, and workflows in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (currently in the process of migrating from version 8 On Premise to the cloud version) to solve complex business issues. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have an outgoing personality, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude with a tenacious desire to learn. We’re looking for someone to bring new ideas and bring us to the next level in Sales tooling by leveraging the full capabilities of the Dynamics 365 CRM platform.  They should have 3-5 years of experience creating customizations and developing functionality and applications in CRM for use in real world business situations. They should also have a determined work ethic and be confident to tackle new challenges.

Additionally, this individual will:

  • Identify, develop, and implement solutions for business processes in our Dynamics 365 online platform supporting Sales
  • Assist in enhancing the dashboarding, reporting and analysis process
  • Troubleshoot existing customizations and functionality in Dynamics 365
  • Become the in-house expert on CRM UI, functionality, and processes
  • Work collaboratively with team to integrate other systems and data sources into Dynamics CRM
  • Analyze performance and effectiveness of managed/unmanaged solutions and make recommendations for improvements
  • Support the other internal departments with ad-hoc systems related projects
  • Effectively communicate with all levels of management
  • May also work with and support other CRMs such as Salesforce
  • Maintain current knowledge of emerging IT software architectures and technologies and apply those concepts to the development process as required
  • Maintain licensing for the Dynamics 365 platform
  • Oversee data quality for our CRM platform ensuring data is accurate and up to date. Maintain data stewardship over the environment to eliminate duplication of data and accuracy of updates and information.
  • Work with Sales Operations to help define and improve value provided by the Dynamics CRM platform
  • Provide documentation and training of processes supported by the CRM platform
  • Identify and implement integrations with other systems and sales tools
  • Identify and implement AI/ML capabilities around the CRM process for sales to effectively predict opportunity closures, and highest value clients

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Four-year MIS, IT or comparable degree strongly preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM including experience building workflows, Plug-ins and custom scripts
  • Hands on experience with development tools and methods such as Visual Studio, CRM SDK, XrmToolBox, JavaScript, CRM API, managed & unmanaged solutions, web services, and/or others
  • Hands on Experience in CRM Reporting and Security
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI a plus
  • Working comprehension of C#.NET, HTML or MS SQL / SSRS a plus
  • MS Excel working knowledge required
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a corporate setting preferred
  • Working knowledge of various reporting platforms/tools a plus
