Hours: Average 50 hours per week

Sample Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 6:30 pm

Location: Must be within a commutable distance to our Wilmington Headquarters


The Siegfried Group, LLP is an innovative, growth-oriented firm that is currently looking for a Recruiting Associate to support its National Recruiting functions. This position will support the National Recruiting Team with a) initiatives to recruit extraordinary professionals through various relationship-building, database management, communication, and branding strategies; and b) operational support activities.

Typical responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Manage the candidate offer process
  • Support internal hiring of our Leadership Team, Operations Team and Siegfried Advisory members including reviewing all incoming resumes, coordinating and tracking recruiting activities, scheduling and hosting screens and other duties as needed
  • Drive National Agency Relationship efforts including researching and on-boarding new partners as well as agency agreement execution with Legal
  • Participate in the creation and execution of our recruiting communication plan
  • Work with various members of National Leadership to support the Firm’s recruiting objectives, communicate new initiatives and updates of our processes and collect key information and feedback
  • Participate in the creation and hosting of recruiting trainings
  • Assist in ensuring timely and accurate data into our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Salesforce, maintaining data integrity
  • Produce and analyze recruiting activities and program reports using Advanced Excel functions
  • Events support
  • Support the Program Electronic Review Management (PERM) process for labor certification.
  • Other adhoc project as needed

Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications     

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to write with clarity, enthusiasm, and engagement
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
  • Previous recruiting experience is a plus
