Designed for students in middle and high school, Siegfried Youth Leadership Program® (SYLP) is charting a new course on how to empower young people to be leaders in their own lives, helping them clarify what they want in their lives, build individual leadership capabilities, and create successful habits.

Since its inception in 2016, SYLP has flourished, not only in Delaware, where it was founded, but in cities across the country, including Chicago and Cleveland.
